We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Helpdesk Executive to manage resident queries, complaints, and coordination activities in residential apartment projects.

Handle resident complaints via call, email, and walk-in

Maintain complaint register / ticketing system

Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams

Ensure timely resolution and regular updates to residents

Maintain daily reports (complaints, attendance, service updates)

Assist in billing, invoice tracking, and documentation

Support Facility Manager in daily operations

Good communication skills (English & Hindi / Telugu)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling

Strong customer service approach

Ability to multitask
