Position: Executive Sales (Online Courses)
Location: Khar, Mumbai (Offline)
Job Description:
Outbound calls
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Booking Demos for customers, follow ups, and converting to enrollments.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements/address any queries.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Any Graduate, prior experience of 2-7 yrs in sales (Education Sales Preferred)
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone system
- Passionate about Music
