Role Overview
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will take ownership of patient outcomes from assessment to full recovery, while delivering a premium, structured experience. You will work with active individuals and professionals who are invested in their health and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessments and explain the root cause clearly
- Create and execute structured, outcome-driven treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality manual therapy + exercise-based rehab
- Focus on long-term recovery and performance, not quick fixes
- Maintain clear patient records and progress tracking
- Ensure every patient leaves with clarity on next steps
- Educate patients on movement, posture, and injury prevention
- Uphold a premium, consistent patient experience
Requirements
- BPT / MPT with valid registration
- 3 to 7 years of clinical experience
- Strong exposure to orthopaedic / musculoskeletal cases
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to simplify complex problems into clear explanations
