Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff (e.g., administrative assistants, receptionists, clerks). Conduct performance evaluations and manage team schedules.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and machinery. Ensure the office is clean, secure, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Budgeting & Procurement: Manage the administrative budget. Negotiate with vendors, oversee the procurement of office supplies, and manage service contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, review, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Records & Database Management: Ensure the secure and organized management of company records, databases, and physical files in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of internal company events, large-scale meetings, and corporate retreats.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Act as a liaison between the administrative team and other departments (HR, IT, Finance) to provide necessary support for company-wide initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹2,218,853.25 per month
