We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with a heart for hospitality to help us source, attract, and onboard top-tier talent across cruises, hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
What You’ll Do
As our hospitality recruitment champion, you will manage the end-to-end talent journey:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
- Pipeline Building: Keep a warm network of talent ready for key operational roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique hiring needs.
- Quality First: Align all hiring with our core values of operational and service excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- The Industry Know-How: Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate functions.
- The Experience: 3 to 8 years of dedicated hospitality recruitment experience.
- The People Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills. You’re a natural relationship-builder.
