Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Book flights, hotels, cabs, buses, trains, and holiday packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Process bookings, payments, invoices, and travel vouchers.
- Resolve customer issues before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Upsell travel insurance, sightseeing, transfers, and premium services.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with travel portals and booking systems will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or travel desk preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
