Job Role: Telecaller
We are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller who specializes in lead conversion. The ideal candidate should be confident in closing deals, handling objections, and converting inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call provided leads and convert inquiries into sales/appointments
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skin treatments/services
- Follow up on warm and hot leads regularly
- Convince and close potential clients over calls
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in lead conversion / sales telecalling preferred
- Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (regional language)
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
- Fluency in Gujarati
