Position : HR Executive
Location : Rajoda Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for plant, shop-floor, and office-based positions
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements across functions
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding support
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and support operational coordination across departments
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, service follow-ups, billing coordination, and record maintenance
- Oversee facility and support service coordination including housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance activities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, administrative records, MIS reports, and related documentation
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external service providers for uninterrupted business support
- Support overall organizational functioning through effective coordination and timely execution of assigned responsibilities
- Assist in administrative and operational support activities as required by the management
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing recruitment and administration
- Strong experience in vendor coordination and plant admin work
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
