Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation for electrical systems in construction projects. The candidate will analyze electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate measurement and cost planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for electrical works.
- Measure and quantify electrical systems, including power, lighting Cables, Cable rays/ladder.
- Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation, and budget control.
- Verify quantities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to clarify technical details.
- Prepare measurement reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 6-15 years of experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other digital quantity take-off and estimating tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
