Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Requirement Analysis
- Interact with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Identify customer pain points and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Gather detailed technical specifications from stakeholders.
2. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end IT solutions based on customer needs.
- Recommend appropriate technologies (cloud, networking, security, software, etc.).
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
3. Product Demonstrations
- Conduct live product demos and technical presentations.
- Explain product features and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customize demo environments for client-specific use cases.
4. Pre-Sales Activities
- Support sales team in all stages of the sales cycle.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and quotations.
- Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFIs, and RFQs.
5. Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Design and execute PoCs to validate solutions for customers.
- Troubleshoot and modify configurations during PoC phase.
- Ensure successful demonstration of product capabilities.
6. Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales phase.
- Build strong relationships with clients, IT teams, and decision-makers.
- Address technical queries and objections effectively.
7. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and support teams.
- Provide customer feedback to improve product features.
- Assist in smooth handover from sales to implementation teams.
8. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technologies.
- Suggest improvements in product positioning and strategy.
Required Technical Skills
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls)
- Operating Systems (Windows, Linux basics)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Cybersecurity concepts
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- SaaS application knowledge
- Basic scripting or API understanding (preferred)
- CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Required Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- B.Tech / B.E. in Information Technology (IT)
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
- 5 to 6 years experience required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
