We are looking for a Rust developer experienced in blockchain infrastructure to join our core protocol team. We are building production blockchain systems that handle significant financial value, and we need engineers who prioritize security, correctness, and performance.
- Develop and maintain blockchain nodes and related infrastructure
- Work on P2P networking, database internals, cryptography, APIs, and consensus algorithms
- Adopt a security-first mindset — our systems handle large financial values
- Write clean, well-tested, and auditable Rust code
- Collaborate with researchers and protocol designers on architecture decisions
- 1+ year of professional Rust programming experience
- Strong understanding of advanced data structures and algorithms
- Secure coding practices and familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities
- Debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
- Multi-threaded and concurrent programming knowledge
- Network programming experience (TCP/UDP, libp2p)
- Key-value store and database optimization experience
- Attention to code quality, readability, and documentation
