Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and plant operations
Monitor machine performance and production output
Monitor diesel usages & providing the same
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Manage plant workers, operators, and shift activities
Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting activities
Maintain production reports and inventory records & other reports
Reduce downtime and improve productivity
Material Dispatch
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
Required Skills:
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic computer knowledge
