Quisitive is a global technology services firm and a premier Microsoft partner. Since 2016, we've grown rapidly across the U.S., Canada, and India — picking up several Microsoft Partner of the Year awards along the way — by doing one thing consistently well: hiring talented, curious people and giving them the room to do the most meaningful work of their careers.
Our Hyderabad team sits at the center of that growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with consultants and clients, on real transformation projects — not lift-and-shift busywork.
We're hiring a Business Central Functional Consultant with strong Supply Chain expertise to join our Hyderabad team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on customers in the U.S., Canada and APAC region. You'll help clients rethink how their supply chain actually runs — inventory, warehousing, purchasing, planning — rather than rebuilding what they already have in a new system.
Because of the customer base, you should be comfortable working partial U.S. hours to overlap with client time zones. In return, you'll get exposure to modern Microsoft implementations, strong mentorship, and a team that genuinely backs you when things get interesting.

- Run discovery workshops, support UAT, and walk users through adoption in a way that actually sticks
- Partner with technical teams to deliver clean, scalable solutions
- 5+ years as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics Business Central
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Supply Chain processes — Inventory, Warehousing, Purchasing, Sales Order Processing,Item Costing
- Proven experience working with U.S. and/or Canadian customers (required)
- End-to-end Business Central implementation experience
- Strong client-facing skills — you can sit across from a warehouse manager or a CFO and translate business pain into a system solution
- Comfortable working across time zones with a willingness to work partial U.S. hours
- Exposure to Manufacturing or Distribution environments is a strong plus
- Self-directed and accountable — you don't wait to be told what's next
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
