Job Title: Sales Manager – Realty Projects
Job Responsibilities
-Manage sales activities for real estate projects
-Handle client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures
-Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
-Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and documentation
-Prepare sales reports and follow-up updates
Candidate Requirements
-Prior experience in real estate/property sales is mandatory
-Strong communication and client-handling skills
-Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes
-Target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers
-Good knowledge of the local real estate market preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
