Role & responsibilities
- Demonstrate a right attitude, patience in customer interactions and consistent attendance, without recurring absences.
- To follow entire company SOPs policies, systems & procedure without any deviations.
- Handle customer queries, error-free complaints, and foster a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct comprehensive product making processes, adhering to quality standards and hygiene protocols.
- Drive product selling initiatives through effective customer engagement, upselling, and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, stock management, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage accurate billing operations using POS systems, ensuring error-free transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee overall accounts closing at the end of each day, including inventory reconciliation, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Participate in mandatory training programs covering outlet operations, product knowledge, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Qualification: HSC / Any degree / diploma preferred.
- Freshers can also apply; experienced candidates (1-2 years in retail/supervisory roles) will be given preference.
- Good communication skills
- Basic customer handling experience preferred
- Should be willing to work anywhere within Madurai territory.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and billing software.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a customer-first mindset.
