Job Role: We are expanding our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with incoming travel leads, understand their requirements, and convert them into confirmed bookings by selling our holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on leads received from TravelTriangle, website, and social media
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized tour itineraries and quotations
- Negotiate rates with hotels, cab vendors, and activity partners to design competitive packages
- Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings
- Coordinate with clients post-booking and provide basic operations support
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Graduation required - Any stream
-Preferred Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or Hotel Management will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident and persuasive on calls - Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, MS Word, WhatsApp, Email - Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
- Interest in the travel industry is a plus
