Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* LinkedIn Ads
* TikTok Ads
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
* Manage campaign budgets and optimize for maximum ROI
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
* Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
* Develop platform-specific strategies, especially for TikTok creative performance
* Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
* Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking
* Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives
* Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in short-form video and TikTok advertising
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
* Strong understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization
* Experience with Google Analytics and tracking setup
* Knowledge of audience segmentation and funnel strategies
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
