About the Role
Clock Edge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and deploying manpower for the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting blue-collar, skilled, semi-skilled, Diploma, and ITI candidates for manufacturing industries and possess an extensive network within industrial hiring ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing clients across multiple industry verticals.
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for:
- Blue-collar workforce
- Skilled and Semi-Skilled technicians
- Diploma Engineers
- ITI Graduates
- Shop Floor Operators
- CNC/VMC Operators
- Machine Operators
- Welders, Fitters, Electricians, Machinists, Technicians and other manufacturing roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and niche manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate large-scale hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Work closely with manufacturing HR teams to understand manpower planning and fulfil hiring requirements within agreed timelines.
- Ensure timely mobilisation and onboarding of candidates at customer locations.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, industrial clusters, training institutes, and field recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, and post-placement follow-up.
- Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Build long-term relationships with manufacturing customers and support repeat hiring requirements.
Required Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in manufacturing recruitment/manpower sourcing.
- Proven experience in sourcing blue-collar, skilled, and semi-skilled manpower.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and placing Diploma and ITI candidates.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment assignments.
- Prior experience working with manufacturing clients across automotive, engineering, heavy engineering, electronics, industrial, fabrication, or production sectors.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing job roles and shop-floor operations.
- Experience coordinating directly with Manufacturing HR, Plant HR, Factory HR, or Talent Acquisition teams.
- Good knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding processes.

Educational Qualification

- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
