Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Civil Engineering Faculty to provide high-quality instruction and training to students in various Civil Engineering subjects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, preparing study materials, conducting assessments, and supporting students in their academic and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Civil Engineering subjects through classroom and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback.
- Guide students in projects, internships, and career-related activities.
- Deliver training on industry-relevant software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Revit, and related tools, where applicable.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, standards, and technologies.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong subject knowledge in Civil Engineering concepts and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering software will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
