Franchise Recruitment Manager (Work From Home | Target-Based)
Job Summary:
Responsible for generating franchise leads, converting prospects, onboarding new franchise partners, and ensuring timely business activation while achieving monthly recruitment and activation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify franchise leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Present the franchise opportunity and convert prospects into franchise partners.
- Complete onboarding, documentation, KYC, and agreement formalities.
- Coordinate training and support to ensure timely franchise activation.
- Guide franchisees on operations, sales, and marketing during the initial setup.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and activation targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, business development, or channel partner acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM; willingness to travel when required.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000/month (on achieving 10 franchise activations).
- Attractive incentives for activations above target and monthly performance bonuses.
Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Franchise Head
Work Location: Work From Home (travel/field visits as required).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
