Qualification: BSC/MSC & Pharm / M. Pharm
Experience: 8 to 11 Years
· The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical formulation plant. The role ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, WHO, PIC’s, TGA, USFDA, and other applicable authorities. The position focuses on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
· Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
· Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials
· Ensure timely completion of batches as per dispatch schedules
· Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, and local regulatory requirements
· Participate in regulatory audits and inspections
· Ensure proper documentation and data integrity practices
· Review and approve production-related documents and SOPs
· Implement CAPA for deviations, OOS, and audit observations
· Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
· Maintain product quality and minimize batch failures
· Conduct training on SOPs, safety, and GMP practices
· Drive performance management and productivity improvement initiatives
· Improve productivity and reduce wastage
· Monitor yield, variance, and cost parameters
· Documentation and audit handling
· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in areas
Pay: ₹72,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
