Handle HR administration, employee records, and documentation; manage grievance handling and support policy implementation; coordinate onboarding and exit processes; maintain MIS reports, ensure compliance, and support training and organizational activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline with 2–4 years experience; strong payroll and HR process knowledge, good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate effectively.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
