Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team in Sanand, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on welding experience and be capable of producing high-quality welds while following safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, or CO₂ welding as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Prepare, align, and fit metal parts before welding.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate welding machines and related equipment safely.
- Repair and rework defective welds when required.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety and quality guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.
- Good knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- ITI (Welder) or relevant technical certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in structural or heavy fabrication.
- Knowledge of welding inspection standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
