Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible IT Executive to manage and support the hospital’s IT infrastructure, systems, and daily technical operations. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide support for hardware, software, networking, and hospital management systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor hospital computer systems and networks.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to staff for system-related issues.
- Maintain internet, Wi-Fi, printer, and network connectivity.
- Handle system backups and data security.
- Monitor CCTV systems and biometric devices.
- Coordinate with software vendors for HMS/EMR support.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and accessories.
- Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Update antivirus and security systems regularly.
- Support email configuration and user account management.
- Respond quickly to technical breakdowns and emergency IT issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Networking.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge in networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Healthcare/hospital experience is an added advantage.
