Personal Attributes
Our values drive our everyday behaviours and guide our decision-making, therefore having alignment with them is critical:
Customer obsessed; our customers are the lifeblood of our business, and the management accounts and financial reports this team produces are the most tangible expression of that commitment. In this role, quality of delivery is not negotiable — it is the product. The Head of Accounting Services must be relentlessly focused on what great looks like for every client, every month.
Collaborative; the Head of Accounting Services does not operate alone. You will partner closely with GCC Operations, technology, automation, and training teams to unlock capability and drive performance. Success is a team sport.
Curious; a genuine curiosity about what “better” looks like in accounting services delivery — whether that means a smarter process, a better automation, or a more insightful report — will drive the innovation this role demands.
Creative; we have defined processes and standards for how accounting services are delivered. However, we actively want the Head of Accounting Services to challenge those standards where better approaches exist, and to have the creativity to reimagine what the service offering can become.
