Zero To Consistency is a trading coaching business built on one core belief: most struggling traders don't need another strategy — they need a proper diagnosis of what's actually broken in their approach. We help beginner to intermediate traders identify the real reason behind their inconsistency — whether it's strategy mismatch, risk management gaps, emotional triggers, or execution mistakes — using a structured diagnostic framework.
How your work fits into our business
We create content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) to help traders understand their own inconsistency and take a free diagnostic test to identify their weak link. Your editing is the entry point to this — the quality and watchability of the content you edit directly determines how many struggling traders discover us and take that first step toward clarity.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into final, publish-ready videos (YouTube long-form, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) using Final Cut Pro
- Add captions, transitions, sound design, pacing, and visual polish that keeps viewers watching
- Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all video content
- Collaborate closely with the founder to understand content goals, audience psychology, and messaging priorities
- Turn around edits in a timely, reliable manner within fixed working hours
- Create simple thumbnails and social media creatives (Canva-level design)
- Assist with scheduling and posting content across platforms
- Explore and use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed up editing and content workflows
Requirements
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (must-have, non-negotiable)
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what keeps a viewer watching till the end
- Ability to work independently once given direction and feedback
- Reliable availability for fixed in-office hours, 10 AM – 4 PM
- Must be based in/around Vadodara — in-person role, not remote
Nice to Have
- Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) — for thumbnails, not full sales assets
- Familiarity with social media scheduling/posting
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn new workflows
- Interest in finance/trading content (not mandatory, but a bonus for understanding audience tone)
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Content consistently goes out on time, polished, and true to our brand voice
- Watch time and engagement on Reels/Shorts steadily improve
- You understand the "why" behind edits — not just cutting clips, so as to keep traders engaged and curious enough to take the diagnostic test
How to Apply

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will be given a raw file to edit as a test — this helps us see your actual editing process and style.
Step 3: Salary discussion (on WhatsApp/call).
Important: This is a home-office (in-person) role only. You must be able to commute to Vadodara daily, 10 AM – 4 PM. Remote editors, please do not apply — this role requires in-person presence.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
