Work Model
- Hybrid role combining field sales and remote follow-ups.
- Regular travel across Delhi NCR is required.

- Occasional visits to the company office for team meetings, training, and reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value of our software solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet business owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their requirements.
- Convert prospects into paying customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Tech literate and comfortable using smartphones, business software, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and productivity applications.
- Ability to quickly understand and explain technology products.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Delhi NCR.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, software sales, fintech sales, telecom sales, POS sales, SaaS sales, or technology-enabled products.
- Experience selling to restaurants, retail stores, SMEs, educational institutions, clinics, or local businesses is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
