Responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch activities
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to dealers/distributors & customers
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation
- Track shipments and update status reports regularly
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and sales teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports in Excel
- Handle invoicing, e-way bills, and related documentation
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays efficiently
Requirements:-
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in automobile or EV industry
