- Should have experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques and Full recruitment cycle.
- Should design, Develop and revisit the Job descriptions for existing and new positions needs.
- Performing reference and background checks
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees and develop training calendars by doing surveys.
- Can Maintain HR Data and documentation & oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Develop and implement communication strategies, programs and tools that inform, engage and motivate employees.
- Build, Connect, design the employee connect activities & Strong track record in Employee Engagement.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Should handle Statutory compliance & Conducting exit interviews
- Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Required Candidate profile*
Qualification
The applicant should be a Graduate/ Postgraduate with a specialization in Human Resources.
Experience:
3 to 5 yrs of experience in handling Human resource activities mainly into full-cycle recruiting & Employee Engagement activities, HR Operations.

- Excellent in time and task and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
