Job Summary:
As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during your shift. You will supervise team members, maintain food quality and service standards, and ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. This role requires energy, leadership, and a passion for delivering hot pizza wings with great service.
Key Responsibilities: Shift Operations:
- Manage all restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Monitor product prep levels and food quality.
- Conduct shift opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and support crew members to deliver excellent service and quality.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Promote teamwork and resolve conflicts when necessary.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Customer Service:
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality of service.
Inventory & Reporting:
- Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Complete shift paperwork, reports, and incident logs accurately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
