We are seeking a passionate and skilled Oral MDS Doctor with a strong inclination toward aesthetic medicine and advanced skin procedures to join our Jaipur team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans for aesthetic patients.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in advanced skin and aesthetic procedures.
- Independently perform or assist in procedures including:
- Botox and Dermal Fillers
- Thread Lift Procedures
- PRP & GFC Treatments
- Microneedling and MNRF
- Chemical Peels
- Laser Treatments
- HydraFacial and Medi-Facials
- Skin Rejuvenation Procedures
- Acne Scar Management
- Pigmentation Treatments
- Facial Contouring and Anti-Aging Treatments
- Assess patient suitability, explain treatment outcomes, and obtain informed consent.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and photographic records.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ethical practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
- Collaborate effectively with dermatologists, therapists, and clinic staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Guide and train junior staff on treatment protocols when required.
Candidate Requirements
- MDS (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Additional certification or training in Aesthetic Medicine will be preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in skin and aesthetic practice.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment.
- Proven experience in advanced aesthetic procedures and patient management.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and counseling skills.
- Professional appearance with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to build trust and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.
