Role Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and dependable Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, compliance, and banking operations. The role also includes supervising and guiding the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Banking Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
- Oversee petty cash and monthly fund withdrawals.
- Oversee bank transactions, interest, and commission entries.
- Validate personal and business account entries and ensure accuracy.
2. Taxation & Compliance:
- Ensure timely GST RCM payments, TDS/TCS filings, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with external consultants for GST, ROC, MSME, and XBRL filings.
- Respond to tax/GST notices and assist in documentation and resolutions.
- Process self-assessment tax payments and statutory dues.
3. Audits & Financial Coordination:
- Support quarterly, annual, and bank audits with complete documentation.
- Maintain loan files, audit trails, and renewal paperwork.
- Coordinate with auditors to finalize balance sheets and resolve audit queries.
4. Advance Tax, Interest & Renewals:
- Manage quarterly advance tax payments.
- Calculate interest on loans, CC, and WCDL accounts.
- Handle renewals for LEI, DSC, insurance policies, and bank guarantees.
5. Reporting & Team Oversight:
- Prepare quarterly reports (e.g., debtors' summary, tax reports).
- Follow up on compliance filings and financial deadlines.
- Supervise junior accounts staff; assign tasks and review their work.
- Provide guidance and training to ensure team efficiency and compliance.
6. Personal Accounts Management:
- Maintain individual accounts in Tally.
- Manage cash withdrawals and address personal account queries.
- Liaise with CA for clarifications and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter
- Experience: 5-10 years in accounting, taxation, and team handling
- Skills:
- Strong command of Tally ERP & MS Excel
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, audits, and compliance filings
- Ability to manage, guide, team
- Excellent follow-up, documentation, and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
