Shift Mechanical Technician's job responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and systems.
- Perform routine checks and predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with machinery.
- Carry out repairs and replacements of mechanical parts.
- Ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and other stakeholders.
- Keep records of maintenance and repairs.
- Checking machinery for wear and tear
- Replacing filters, belts, or other parts
- Fixing leaks or blockages
- Calibrating equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Maintain required documents
- Attend the breakdown maintenance
- Regular PM activity
