We are seeking highly qualified and result-oriented Subject Expert Faculty to prepare aspirants for UP TGT/PGT, Super TET, BPSC TRE TGT/PGT, STET, KVS, NVS, DSSSB, and other State & Central Teacher Recruitment Examinations. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering comprehensive subject-specific instruction, developing exam-oriented content, and mentoring students for success in competitive teaching examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver high-quality classroom and online lectures for TGT/PGT-level examinations.
- Cover the complete syllabus as per the latest exam pattern and notification.
- Explain concepts from basic to advanced levels with exam-oriented approaches.
- Conduct regular revision sessions, practice classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Teach subject-specific pedagogy and teaching methodology wherever applicable.
- Integrate previous-year question analysis and trend-based preparation strategies.
Content Development
- Develop detailed notes, study materials, assignments, and worksheets.
- Create chapter-wise and topic-wise MCQs, practice tests, and mock examinations.
- Prepare solutions and explanations for previous-year papers.
- Update content according to the latest syllabus and recruitment notifications.
Assessment & Performance Tracking
- Conduct periodic tests and evaluate student performance.
- Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support.
- Monitor batch progress and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Share performance reports and improvement recommendations.
Student Mentorship
- Guide students regarding exam strategy, time management, and subject preparation.
- Address academic doubts and provide one-on-one mentoring when required.
- Motivate students to achieve their career goals in the teaching sector.
Digital Content Contribution
- Participate in YouTube classes, webinars, and educational events.
- Create short educational videos, quizzes, and revision content.
- Support digital learning initiatives and online course development.
Educational Qualifications
For Mathematics, Chemistry, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Home Science, Library Science & Commerce
- Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum qualifying marks as per applicable recruitment norms.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred or mandatory as per subject requirements.
- NET, SET, STET, CTET, or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in TGT/PGT, STET, or Teacher Recruitment Exam preparation.
- Freshers with exceptional academic records and strong subject expertise may also apply.
- Experience in online teaching and content creation is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi (English proficiency preferred).
- Ability to simplify complex topics for competitive exam aspirants.
- Strong analytical understanding of exam patterns and question trends.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and online teaching platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience teaching UP TGT/PGT, BPSC TRE, STET, Super TET, KVS, NVS, DSSSB, or similar examinations.
- Proven track record of student selections and academic excellence.
- Ability to create high-quality educational content for both offline and online learners.
- Passionate educator with strong mentoring capabilities.
