- Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and OTA platforms.
- Convert guest inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Promote room upgrades, packages, and add-on services to maximize revenue.
- Provide prompt, professional, and personalized assistance to guests throughout the booking process.
- Accurately manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and payment confirmations in the PMS/CRM.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and quotations to improve booking conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, and Property Teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving guest queries efficiently.
- Prepare and submit daily reservation and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, reservation policies, and service quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
