About the Role
National Psychology Corporation (NPC) is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with prospective customers over the phone. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call details, and follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and onboarding.
- Identify potential business opportunities through customer interactions.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Fluent to intermediate English communication skills.
- Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Agra.
