Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and drive customer satisfaction. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting customers via email/chat, and contributing to sales and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support (Voice):
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, and lead conversion
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and accurate call records
Sales & Conversion:
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
Email & Chat Support:
- Respond to customer emails and chats promptly
- Provide accurate information and maintain proper documentation
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Capture and share customer feedback
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain daily reports on calls, sales, and follow-ups
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and escalation procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service (Voice Process)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Good sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO / Call Centre / Customer Support / Sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms, and ticketing systems
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
