Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager with strong expertise in Performance Management, HR Policy Implementation, Employee Engagement, and HR Strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR processes, strengthening performance management systems, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, and partnering with management to align people strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the company’s performance management framework.
- Develop KRAs, KPIs, performance objectives, and appraisal processes for different functions and roles.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Work closely with department heads and managers to ensure effective performance evaluation.
- Identify performance gaps and support managers in developing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Establish a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and employee development.
HR Policy Implementation
- Develop, review, update, and implement HR policies in line with business requirements and applicable labour regulations.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across departments and locations.
- Communicate HR policies clearly to employees and managers.
- Monitor policy compliance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Handle employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and processes.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records related to policies and compliance.
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and growth plans.
- Work closely with senior management and department heads on workforce planning and people-related decisions.
- Provide strategic HR inputs on organizational structure, manpower planning, employee productivity, and retention.
- Identify organizational and people-related challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Support organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Develop HR dashboards and MIS reports to provide management with meaningful workforce insights.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Identify training and development requirements based on performance reviews and business needs.
- Support career development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities and recommend improvements.
- Promote a positive, professional, and performance-driven workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Monitor compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Support management in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Assist in HR audits and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to performance management and HR strategy.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing KRAs, KPIs, appraisal systems, and performance improvement processes.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Experience working closely with senior management and department heads.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, organizational development, and HR best practices.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
