The CRM Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling buyer communications, coordinating orders, ensuring timely updates regarding fabric production and dispatch, resolving customer concerns, and supporting sales growth. The role acts as a bridge between customers, production, dispatch, merchandising, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and buyers.
- Handle customer inquiries related to fabrics, orders, pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, dyeing, knitting, weaving, and dispatch departments for order status updates.
- Prepare and share order confirmations, quotations, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Follow up for pending orders, payments, approvals, and dispatch clearances.
- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and communication history.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding fabric quality, delays, shortages, or dispatch issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team for new business opportunities and customer visits.
- Generate reports related to customer feedback, order status, sales tracking, and pending issues.
- Ensure proper documentation of challans, invoices, purchase orders, and dispatch details.
- Build long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
