Key Responsibilities in an NABL Lab
- Quality Control & Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor Internal Quality Control (IQC) and External Quality Assurance (EQA) programs as mandated by the NABL standards.
- Clinical Validation: Review, interpret, and authorize all complex or critical laboratory test results before they are released to patients and referring physicians.
- Method Validation: Oversee the validation of new laboratory testing methods, equipment calibration, and ongoing personnel training to ensure compliance with quality indicators.
- Diagnostics: Perform morphological examinations of blood smears, bone marrow, and tissue biopsies (Histopathology and Cytology), while diagnosing diseases based on chemical, microbiological, and molecular test results
Pay: ₹39,165.03 - ₹100,000.00 per month
