Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in data intent and a proven track record of working with leading social media or content platforms like ShareChat, Instagram, TikTok, or similar companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team, driving data-driven strategies, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. We are specifically looking for candidates from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges with a startup background for a quick hiring process.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage an engineering team to build and optimize data intent systems and workflows.
Design and implement scalable solutions for understanding and utilizing user intent across platforms.
Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within established timelines and budgets.
Drive innovation and best practices in engineering, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, with prior or recent experience at companies like ShareChat, Instagram, TikTok, or equivalent.
Strong expertise in data intent, data processing systems, and machine learning-driven insights.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with large-scale data systems and modern technologies used in social media or content platforms.
- Familiarity with personalization algorithms and user behavior analytics.
- Candidates from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges, ideally with experience in startups.
