Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Operations: Plan, organize, and supervise nursing services, duty rosters, and shift allocations across all hospital wards and units.
- Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline for nursing personnel.
- Quality & Safety Control: Conduct regular ward rounds, monitor infection control protocols, and perform nursing audits to maintain safety standards.
- Resource & Budgeting: Manage department resources, medical supplies, equipment needs, and staffing budgets.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the nursing team, medical staff, and hospital administration.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
