Key Responsibilities
- Perform X-Ray Radiography Testing (RT) of weld joints, components, piping, and structures.
- Set up and operate industrial X-ray radiography equipment safely and effectively.
- Carry out exposure, film/digital image processing, and radiographic evaluation.
- Identify defects such as cracks, porosity, slag inclusion, lack of fusion, and lack of penetration.
- Ensure proper IQI selection, positioning, exposure parameters, density, and image quality.
- Prepare RT reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Follow applicable NDT procedures, standards, codes, and safety requirements.
- Maintain radiation safety, barricading, PPE, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and welding inspection teams at the site.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Industrial X-Ray Radiography.
- Valid ISNT Level II – RT certification.
- Knowledge of welding inspection and NDT procedures.
- Good understanding of radiographic techniques and safety practices.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
