About the Role
We are looking for a Fresher – Sales & Operations to join The Printery, a company specializing in UV DTF printing, acrylic and MDF product manufacturing, and customized printing solutions.
This is a shared sales and operations role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, exploring different parts of Pune, and being actively involved in day-to-day business operations.
Training will be provided for the sales process, printing operations, inventory management, and UV DTF application. No prior experience in the printing industry is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and potential customers to generate sales leads and orders.
- Make cold calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Manage and maintain inventory records.
- Receive, check, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
- Coordinate daily sales and production requirements.
- Assist with UV DTF printing and application on various products.
- Assist in acrylic and MDF product manufacturing and finishing.
- Support other day-to-day sales, production, and operational activities as required.
Requirements
- Should be familiar with different local areas of Pune.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Google Sheets.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have own vehicle and be comfortable travelling across Pune.
- Willingness to learn sales, printing, and manufacturing processes.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales or production are welcome to apply.
