Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and track documentation for all 80 trucks: RC, insurance, national/state permits, fitness certificates, PUC
- Ensure timely renewal of all statutory documents
- Handle RTO liaison work — permit renewals, interstate permits, fitness tests, road tax payments
- Manage insurance policies and claims — renewals, accident claims, damage assessment coordination
- Ensure compliance with transport/motor vehicle regulations (state and interstate)
- Coordinate with the accounts team on e-way bills and goods movement documentation
- Maintain digital/physical records audit-ready at all times
- Handle challans, fines, and penalty resolution with RTO/traffic authorities
- Prepare compliance status reports for management (renewals due, non-compliant vehicles, etc.)
Mandatory Qualifications
- Graduate
- 5+ years of experience in transport compliance/documentation, ideally with a trucking or logistics company
- Strong working knowledge of RTO processes — permits, fitness, tax, interstate movement
- Experience handling commercial vehicle insurance and claims
- Good record-keeping and MS Excel skills
- Comfortable dealing with government offices/RTO in person
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
