We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our hospital's Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality videos that showcase our healthcare services, patient stories, doctor profiles, medical events, awareness campaigns, and hospital initiatives. The candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and the ability to create engaging visual content while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for hospital marketing and communication.
- Create videos featuring doctors, departments, patient education, health awareness campaigns, and hospital events.
- Produce content for social media, website, digital advertising, and internal communications.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and clinical teams to develop creative concepts.
- Ensure all content aligns with the hospital's branding guidelines and complies with patient privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Organize and maintain video footage and digital assets.
- Stay updated on current videography trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras.
- Good understanding of lighting, audio recording, framing, and composition.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and photography is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating healthcare or hospital-related content is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and video optimization for digital platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
