We are looking for energetic and skilled Operation & Maintenance Managers for STP, WTP, ETP, RO & UF systems across India.
The candidate should be ready to travel to various project locations and ensure smooth operation of treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain STP, WTP, ETP, RO, and UF systems as per standard procedures.
Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with discharge norms.
Coordinate with the central technical team for maintenance and process optimization.
Prepare daily and monthly operation reports.
Supervise field teams, vendor technicians, and site activities.
Support in installation, commissioning, and training at new project sites.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of wastewater/water treatment operations.
Hands-on experience with pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and automation panels.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be open to travel and handle site responsibilities independently.
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (frequent travel required)
Salary: 70-80k + Travel Allowances
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
