Sr. Executive – HR (Generalist, Compliance, Payroll & Talent Acquisition)

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive – HR with 3–6 years of comprehensive HR Generalist experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. The role requires managing end-to-end HR functions while ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management.
Candidates with an MBA in HR from a reputed institute and a strong understanding of HR best practices are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, competency assessments, and JD-to-candidate mapping.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll & Compensation Management
- Manage monthly payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and salary processing.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance teams for accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Verify payroll reports, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company compensation policies and statutory requirements.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act, and other applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate statutory filings, returns, inspections, and audits.
- Maintain compliance records and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS.
- Analyze recruitment, attrition, attendance, and payroll data for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, Payroll Administration, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously.
