Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Counsellor to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling client conversations, follow-ups, and sales closures.
You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, scheduling meetings, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months years of experience in Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
