Job Highlights
- Designation: Chat Process Associate
- Compensation: ₹2.70 LPA CTC
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs
- Shift Timings: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)
Who Can Apply?
- Education: HSC (12th Pass) OR Any Graduate can apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
- Skills Needed:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and handle customer queries efficiently via chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting international customers with their queries in real-time over chat.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
